Basra Gas Company (BGC) Static and Mobile Security Services - MES 106

MES were awarded a security services contract in 2013 in support of EMC, following the EMC contract award in support of BGC. This large-scale security services contract consisted of a full security profile for the newly constructed EMC operating base on contractors’ row, north Rumaila, as well as mobile security services to the standards outlined by BGC. MES were able to mobilize all security elements within 10 days of award and successfully passed all BGC pre-contract start up security audits during this timeframe. MES employed a mixture of both International and Iraqi security personnel during the contract’s life cycle, including over 100 Iraqis from the local area. MES experienced no incident or loss during the contract period.
